How do I create lists within my Yahoo email account?

I would like to have lists of 10 contacts, so probably
15 separate lists. Then I would like to be able to send
the same message to everyone in a specific list without
anyone seeing other email addresses

They used to be called LISTS they are now CATEGORIES, even though some of the help panels still refer to them as lists. If you had any lists before and wondered where they went, look in your categories.

Categories are now either lists of people (like a distribution list) OR they are what they were before - attributes such as friends, family, professional, etc. The change is that an individual address book entry can NOW be in multiple categories since they can be in a list (now called a category) as well as being associated with your family, church, soccer team or work category.
